South End Community Health Center

South End Community Health Center is a nonprofit community health center in Boston, Massachusetts that provides front-line healthcare services rather than developing therapeutics. The organization offers primary care, behavioral health and recovery services, dental, women's health, pediatrics, vision, radiology, and related community-based support services for residents of the South End and surrounding neighborhoods. Historically known as South End Community Health Center (SECHC), it became part of East Boston Neighborhood Health Center on July 1, 2020, and the combined system rebranded as NeighborHealth in 2024. The South End location remains active as a care delivery site within NeighborHealth, serving a diverse and underinsured patient population regardless of ability to pay.
