South of Market Health Center

South of Market Health Center (SMHC) is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has provided comprehensive healthcare services to the San Francisco community since 1970. The center offers a broad spectrum of services including adult and pediatric primary care, dental services, podiatry, and behavioral health counseling. SMHC is specifically dedicated to serving underserved and vulnerable populations, including low-income families and individuals experiencing homelessness in the South of Market neighborhood.
