Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is an Alaska Native-owned, nonprofit health care organization that serves nearly 65,000 Alaska Native and American Indian people. The organization is internationally recognized for its Nuka System of Care, a relationship-based healthcare delivery model that prioritizes physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. SCF provides a wide array of services, including primary care, behavioral health, dental, and specialty medical services across Anchorage and the Matanuska-Susitna Borough. As a two-time recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, SCF is a leader in healthcare innovation and community-driven wellness.
