Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation

SIHF Healthcare, formerly known as Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation, is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) headquartered in Sauget, Illinois. The organization provides a comprehensive suite of integrated healthcare services, including adult and family medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, dental care, and behavioral health. Serving more than 30 communities across Southern Illinois, SIHF focuses on delivering accessible and affordable care to underserved populations regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. They operate a network of over 30 health centers and maintain strong clinical partnerships with regional hospitals to ensure a continuum of care for their patient base.
