Southern Legacy of Life

Southern Legacy of Life, formerly known as the Arkansas Regional Organ Recovery Agency (ARORA), is a non-profit organization dedicated to restoring lives through organ, eye, and tissue donation. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, the organization serves as the bridge between donors and transplant recipients, coordinating the recovery process and providing support to donor families. SLL works closely with hospital partners, medical examiners, and funeral professionals to maximize the gift of life and advance community education on the importance of donation. In addition to clinical recovery services, the organization facilitates the donation of birth tissue and supports medical research to improve transplant outcomes.
