Southern TOHOKU Research Institute for Neuroscience

The Southern TOHOKU Research Institute for Neuroscience (STRIN) is a premier research and clinical institution based in Koriyama, Japan, and a core component of the Southern TOHOKU Hospital Group. The institute is a global leader in the development and clinical application of Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT), a targeted radiotherapeutic modality for treating difficult cancers such as glioblastoma and head and neck tumors.
