SouthWest NanoTechnologies (SNoW) was a specialty chemical company that manufactured high-quality single-walled and multi-walled carbon nanotubes using the proprietary CoMoCAT® process. Founded as a spin-off from the University of Oklahoma, the company focused on providing scalable, high-purity nanomaterials for applications in electronics, energy storage, and the life sciences. In the healthcare sector, its carbon nanotubes are utilized in the development of advanced biosensors, medical imaging agents, and targeted drug delivery systems. In 2014, the company merged with Chasm Technologies to form Chasm Advanced Materials, continuing its work in carbon nanotube-based transparent conductive films and other advanced materials.
