SpartanNash

SpartanNash is a U.S. food solutions company focused on grocery wholesale distribution, military commissary supply, and corporate-owned grocery retail operations. The company distributes grocery and household products, including fresh produce and its private-label Our Family portfolio, to independent and chain retailers, e-commerce customers, and U.S. military commissaries and exchanges. It also operates supermarket banners such as Family Fare, Martin's Super Markets, and D&W Fresh Market, along with pharmacies and fuel centers at certain locations. SpartanNash was formed in 2013 through the merger of Spartan Stores and Nash Finch Company. In September 2025, SpartanNash was acquired by C&S Wholesale Grocers and now operates as part of that larger food distribution organization.
