Overview
Spherotec's functional testing platform, SpheroTest®, has demonstrated high predictive accuracy in clinical validation studies. In a prospective cohort trial of 78 breast cancer patients, the 3D spheroid model predicted pathological complete response (pCR) to neoadjuvant chemotherapy with a sensitivity of 95.5% and a specificity of 80.4%, significantly outperforming conventional clinical models.
