SpringTide Investments

SpringTide Ventures is a private, early-stage healthcare-focused venture capital firm rather than a drug-development operating company. The firm leads or participates in financings for healthcare innovators across digital health, medical devices, life sciences, and tech-enabled care delivery, and positions itself as backing companies that improve outcomes, access, and care quality. Public materials indicate the firm was founded in 2018, is based in the Boston area, and has additional presence in Salt Lake City and San Francisco. In April 2024, SpringTide announced the close of a $65 million Fund II, bringing total assets under management to more than $100 million. Because SpringTide is an investment firm, it does not appear to have an internal therapeutic pipeline, named drug candidates, or clinical-stage programs of its own.
