Sri Narayani Hospital and Research Centre

Sri Narayani Hospital and Research Centre (SNHRC) is a prominent tertiary care hospital and research institution located in Thirumalaikodi, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. Established in 2004 under the Sri Sakthi Amma Health Care Trust, the hospital was founded with the mission of providing high-quality, affordable, and often free medical services to the underserved rural population of Vellore and surrounding districts. SNHRC features a 300-bed facility equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment infrastructure, including specialized departments in oncology, cardiology, nephrology, and neurosurgery. Additionally, the institution houses the Sri Sakthi Amma Institute of Biomedical Research, which conducts research in molecular biology, virology, and public health, and is recognized by the Government of India's Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR).
