SSTAR Addiction Treatment

Stanley Street Treatment and Resources (SSTAR) is a non-profit health care and social service agency providing a comprehensive range of mental health and substance abuse treatment services. Founded in 1977 and based in Fall River, Massachusetts, SSTAR operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering primary care, infectious disease treatment, and specialized programs for HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C. The organization is widely recognized for its integrated approach to treating co-occurring disorders through inpatient detoxification, residential rehabilitation, and intensive outpatient programs.
