St. Franziskus-Stiftung Münster is a large Catholic, nonprofit healthcare foundation and hospital operator based in Münster, Germany. It manages a network of hospitals as well as disability, senior-care, rehabilitation, hospice, and related healthcare service entities across North Rhine-Westphalia and Bremen. The organization is focused on delivering inpatient and outpatient medical care, nursing, and long-term support services rather than developing proprietary drugs. It operates at commercial scale as a care delivery system, treating hundreds of thousands of patients annually and employing roughly 19,000 people. In July 2025, it expanded further by taking a majority stake in Verbund Katholischer Kliniken Düsseldorf (VKKD), strengthening its regional hospital footprint in Germany.
