The company specialized in recruiting clinicians such as physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, counselors, nurses, social workers, BCBAs, and related support staff for direct-hire and travel roles. Founded in 2009 in Newport Beach, California, StaffRehab built its business around school-based and pediatric special-needs support services. In June 2019, The Stepping Stones Group acquired StaffRehab, after which StaffRehab was described as operating as a subsidiary and has since generally been treated as a closed/acquired brand rather than an independent operating company.
