StandingTall

StandingTall is an Australian digital health company/program commercialising a clinically validated home-based exercise platform designed to improve balance, mobility, and confidence and reduce falls in older adults. The product is delivered primarily through a tablet-based app that personalises exercise programs, adapts over time, and can support clinician monitoring through a dashboard. It was developed by falls-prevention and exercise specialists at Neuroscience Research Australia and co-designed with older adults, with product development support from Miroma Project Factory. StandingTall appears to operate as a for-profit health technology venture with enterprise licensing to health and aged-care providers as well as direct-to-consumer access. Its focus is prevention and rehabilitation support rather than drug development, so it has no traditional biopharma pipeline.
