Starlab Space

Starlab Space is a commercial space station developer and operator designed to provide a continuous human presence in low-Earth orbit (LEO) following the retirement of the International Space Station (ISS). A global joint venture among Voyager Space, Airbus, Mitsubishi Corporation, and other key partners, Starlab is built to serve the global space agency and commercial markets, with a dedicated focus on life sciences and biopharmaceutical research. The station features the George Washington Carver (GWC) Science Park, which enables advanced microgravity experimentation in fields such as regenerative medicine, protein crystallization, and 3D bioprinting. By leveraging a single-launch, AI-enabled design, Starlab aims to streamline in-space research and manufacturing to accelerate the development of Earth-based healthcare and industrial solutions.
