Stem Europe Mallorca Center is a clinical and research facility based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, specializing in regenerative medicine and cellular therapies. Founded in 2010 by Dr. Ramon Llull, the center operates as a translational research hub and a private clinic focusing on autologous adipose-derived stem cell applications. It gained prominence as the primary clinical site for the pivotal Renevia trial, a hydrogel-based cell delivery system for treating HIV-associated facial lipoatrophy, conducted in partnership with BioTime (now Lineage Cell Therapeutics).
