Company intelligence / Profile preview
Steward Health Choice Network (SHCN) was a prominent physician network and managed care organization that operated as a key division of the Steward Health Care System. The company functioned as both an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and a Managed Care Organization (MCO), specializing in integrated care delivery and population health management for Medicaid and Medicare populations. SHCN managed a vast network of primary care providers and specialists across multiple states, including Massachusetts, Arizona, and Texas, to coordinate patient care and improve clinical outcomes. Following the bankruptcy of its parent company in 2024, the network's assets were sold to Rural Healthcare Group, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries. The organization has since been rebranded and integrated into Revere Medical.
