StoneBridge Pharma was a specialty pharmaceutical company based in Parsippany, New Jersey, that focused on the respiratory and pediatric therapeutic areas. Its portfolio included several established brands such as M-End, Ed-Chlo, and Z-Cof. In April 2009, StoneBridge Pharma was acquired by Shionogi Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of the Japanese pharmaceutical company Shionogi & Co., Ltd. This acquisition served as a strategic move for Shionogi to bolster its commercial footprint in the United States. Following the acquisition, StoneBridge's products were integrated into Shionogi's existing respiratory portfolio.
