Stony Brook Veterans Home

The Long Island State Veterans Home (LISVH) is a 350-bed skilled nursing facility located on the campus of Stony Brook University in New York. Established in 1991, the facility provides a comprehensive array of services including short-term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing, and adult day health care for veterans and their families.
