Strategic Health Information Exchange Collaborative

Civitas Networks for Health, formerly known as the Strategic Health Information Exchange Collaborative (SHIEC), is a national non-profit trade association representing health information exchanges (HIEs) and regional health improvement collaboratives (RHICs).
