The company's portfolio featured Zuplenz (ondansetron) oral soluble film for nausea and Oravig (miconazole) buccal tablets for oral candidiasis. Strativa also maintained a significant co-promotion agreement with Cephalon for the wakefulness-promoting agent Nuvigil. In 2015, its parent company, Par Pharmaceutical, was acquired by Endo International for approximately $8.05 billion, leading to the integration of Strativa's assets into Endo's specialty pharmaceutical business.
