Suomen MSD

MSD Finland (Suomen MSD) is the Finnish subsidiary of the global pharmaceutical company Merck & Co., Inc. (known as MSD outside the United States and Canada). Established in 1968 and headquartered in Espoo, the company commercializes and distributes a wide range of innovative prescription medicines, vaccines, and biologic therapies across Finland. Its primary therapeutic areas of focus include oncology, vaccines, infectious diseases, cardiometabolic diseases, and acute hospital care. MSD Finland is heavily involved in clinical research, conducting dozens of clinical trials annually in collaboration with Finnish healthcare providers and academic institutions.
