The company offers end-to-end asset management services including appraisals, auctions, brokerage/consignment sales, outright purchases of surplus assets as well as warehousing/logistics. It operates extensive warehouse facilities in Rhode Island and California with a European hub in France. In 2024–2025 it expanded through acquisitions such as FAMECO and Certified Genetool to broaden its refurbishment capabilities and technical service offerings.
