SurroMed was a biotechnology company specializing in biomarker discovery and the development of technologies for personalized medicine. Founded in 1998 and based in Menlo Park, California, the company developed the SurroScan platform, a high-throughput system for the simultaneous analysis of thousands of proteins and metabolites in biological samples.
