Suzhou Puhe Biopharma has rapidly developed a robust oncology pipeline since its founding in April 2021. Its lead program YK‑029A—a next-generation EGFR inhibitor—has received Breakthrough Therapy Designation in China for first-line treatment of NSCLC with the Exon20ins mutation and entered pivotal Phase III trials after demonstrating strong safety and efficacy in early studies.
