Company intelligence / Profile preview
Swiss Integrative Center for Human Health (SICHH) was a Swiss human-health R&D and laboratory-services company based in Fribourg that operated as a public-private competence center serving medtech, biotech, foodtech, and pharma customers. Rather than developing a classic therapeutic drug pipeline, it provided custom research, diagnostic, and translational development services supported by high-tech capabilities in genomics, proteomics, material characterization, human-machine interaction, and complex data analysis. The organization was also involved in non-invasive diagnostic work and supported SARS-CoV-2 genetic testing during the COVID-19 period. SICHH was acquired by Biovalley Group/Biovalley Investments in July 2021, but it later ceased operations, entered liquidation, and was struck from the Swiss commercial register in March 2026.
