Syagen Technology was a leading provider of high-speed mass spectrometry and ion source technology used in both the life sciences and security sectors. The company developed proprietary atmospheric pressure photoionization (APPI) and chemical ionization (APCI) sources that enhanced the sensitivity and speed of chemical analysis.
