Sydney Health Partners (SHP) is a leading Australian Advanced Health Research and Translation Centre accredited by the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC). The partnership integrates the University of Sydney, three major Local Health Districts (Sydney, Northern Sydney, and Western Sydney), the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network, and several world-class medical research institutes. SHP focuses on accelerating the translation of scientific research into clinical practice to improve health outcomes for the population of Sydney and beyond. Its core activities include supporting clinical trials, implementation science, and fostering large-scale research collaborations across its member organizations to solve complex health challenges.
