Company intelligence / Profile preview
Symphony Dynamo was a special purpose vehicle created to advance Dynavax's early-stage cancer, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C therapy programs using ISS-based technology. It was established and funded by Symphony Capital Partners, with intellectual property licensed from Dynavax. The agreement allowed Dynavax to focus resources on late-stage programs while keeping options open for Symphony Dynamo's pipeline. Dynavax later acquired Symphony Dynamo, regaining full rights to the programs and technology.
