Synfini operates an advanced automated molecular discovery platform that unites neuro-symbolic artificial intelligence, robotic automation, and world-class chemistry data. Spun out from SRI International in late 2023 after more than $40 million in development investment, the company’s technology accelerates the translation of virtual drug concepts into validated candidates. The focus is on dramatically reducing time and cost for lead identification/optimization—enabling biopharma partners to generate new small-molecule candidates rapidly. The company has begun commercial operations with a significant pipeline of health/longevity assets but does not appear to have clinical-stage programs itself yet.
