Overview

Synimmune developed a clinical-stage, Fc-enhanced monoclonal antibody targeting FLT3 (FLYSYN) for acute myeloid leukemia. The Phase 1 trial in AML patients at high risk of relapse showed the therapy was safe, well tolerated, and demonstrated early signs of efficacy in 31 patients. The company also had preclinical or early-stage assets targeting CD19 and CD133.
