Syntellis Performance Solutions is a healthcare-focused enterprise performance management and analytics software company rather than a drug developer. The company provides software, data, and intelligence solutions used by hospitals and health systems for budgeting, planning, cost and decision support, and financial, operational, and clinical analytics. Syntellis was created in 2020 as a standalone company from Kaufman Hall Software and combined that heritage with the Connected Analytics practice of Change Healthcare. In 2022 it expanded its healthcare portfolio with the acquisition of Stratasan, and in August 2023 it was acquired by Roper Technologies and combined with Strata Decision Technology. Its core offerings are commercial software products, especially the Axiom suite, serving healthcare organizations as well as higher education and financial institutions.
