Sytarga is a Montreal-based biotechnology company focused on the development of next-generation targeted cancer therapies. The company utilizes a proprietary platform technology designed for the site-specific conjugation of cytotoxic payloads to antibodies and peptides, creating stable and potent Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) and Peptide-Drug Conjugates (PDCs). By improving the stability and homogeneity of these conjugates, Sytarga aims to enhance the therapeutic index of oncology treatments while minimizing off-target toxicities. The company was incubated and funded by AmorChem, a leading early-stage venture capital fund in Quebec.
