Founded in 1973, the company is one of the 13 licensed TCM manufacturers in Zhejiang province and maintains GMP-certified production lines for seven distinct dosage forms, including injections, capsules, and oral liquids. Its core portfolio focuses on gastrointestinal health and pain management, featuring flagship products such as Changyanning Chewable Tablets and Honghuixiang Injection. In August 2024, the company was acquired by the Zhejiang Guliqi Holding Group, which is currently overseeing a revitalization and capacity expansion phase aimed at modernizing its commercial operations and reaching the top 100 TCM enterprises in China by late 2025.
