Talon Therapeutics was a US-based oncology-focused biopharmaceutical company best known for developing Marqibo® (vincristine sulfate liposome injection), which received FDA accelerated approval for relapsed adult Ph(-) acute lymphoblastic leukemia after two or more prior therapies. The company's pipeline also included Menadione Topical Lotion for skin toxicities related to anti-EGFR cancer therapies. In July/August 2013 it was acquired by Spectrum Pharmaceuticals and ceased independent operations.
