- Cancer, KRAS-driven tumors
Company intelligence / Profile preview
Tatara Therapeutics has developed a proprietary iron-dependent drug conjugate technology to selectively target and kill cancer cells exhibiting altered iron metabolism. The company’s approach leverages metabolic vulnerabilities in tumor cells—particularly those with mutant RAS—by activating drugs only within the high-ferrous environment of these cancers. As of early/mid–2024, all programs are preclinical; no clinical results have been reported yet.[1][2][3]
