Taylor-Wharton is a cryogenic equipment manufacturer supplying storage, transportation, regasification, and related cold-chain systems for industrial gas, life sciences, healthcare, and LNG applications. In healthcare and life sciences, its legacy product lines have included liquid nitrogen freezers, dewars, shippers, and other cryogenic storage systems used in biomedical research, biobanking, IVF, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology settings. The company today appears to operate primarily as a commercial equipment business rather than a therapeutics developer, with a broader focus spanning industrial gas infrastructure and hydrogen/liquefied gas systems. Taylor-Wharton is part of the Air Water group and has highlighted hydrogen infrastructure partnerships and product offerings alongside its traditional cryogenic vessel portfolio. Historically, its cryoscience/life sciences business was carved out and later became part of IC Biomedical through Worthington's Life Sciences business.
