TDICT

T-Dict is a South Korean biotechnology company specializing in the development of next-generation T-cell receptor engineered T-cell (TCR-T) therapies for the treatment of solid tumors. Spun off from research at Seoul National University, the company leverages its proprietary T-cell discovery platform to identify high-affinity TCRs targeting intracellular tumor antigens. Its lead programs, including TD-101 and TD-102, target well-validated cancer-testis antigens such as NY-ESO-1 and MAGE-A3. T-Dict aims to overcome the limitations of current CAR-T therapies in solid tumors by utilizing the natural ability of TCRs to recognize a broader range of intracellular targets presented by MHC molecules.
