TEAMM Pharmaceuticals was a specialty pharmaceutical company headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, that focused on the respiratory, allergy, and dermatology therapeutic areas. Founded in 2001, the company specialized in the acquisition and commercialization of branded prescription products, building a portfolio that included the Histex and Atuss product lines. In 2004, TEAMM was acquired by Accentia Biopharmaceuticals to serve as its primary sales and marketing platform. The acquisition allowed Accentia to leverage TEAMM's established sales force and distribution network for its broader pipeline.
