TECHFIT Digital Surgery

TECHFIT Digital Surgery is a medical technology company focused on digital surgical planning, 3D printing, and patient-specific implant solutions for craniomaxillofacial, orthopedic, thoracic, and related reconstructive procedures. The company provides surgeons with a digital workflow that includes preoperative planning, custom implant and instrumentation design, and support for point-of-care 3D printing. Its core offering is aimed at improving surgical precision, reducing operating room time, and enabling personalized reconstruction for complex bone pathologies caused by trauma, infection, and cancer. In November 2025, Acumed acquired certain assets of TECHFIT, including its proprietary digital surgical planning and reconstruction platform, and integrated the business into Acumed Digital Surgery. TECHFIT had already been operating commercially, serving hospitals and surgeons across multiple countries with thousands of cases delivered.
