Overview
TechnoGenesys is developing a first-in-class dual-action small molecule inhibitor, Mahatinib ((R)-9b), which targets both ACK1 kinase and the androgen receptor. The compound has shown promise in overcoming resistance to current therapies for prostate cancer and demonstrates immune-regulatory activity. A first-in-human Phase I clinical trial ("PHAROS") will begin in early/mid 2025 with initial proof-of-concept data expected by Q3 2025.
