Telecare Services Association

TSA is the representative body for technology-enabled care (TEC) services in the United Kingdom, working with over 350 organizations across the health and social care sectors. The association focuses on promoting the use of telecare, telehealth, and digital health technologies to support people to live independently and safely in their own homes. TSA develops and manages the Quality Standards Framework (QSF), which provides a rigorous certification process for TEC providers and suppliers. Through advocacy, training, and strategic partnerships with government bodies, TSA drives the digital transformation of care services to improve outcomes for service users and carers.
