Overview
Temprian Therapeutics, a Northwestern University spin-off, develops novel therapies for autoimmune skin diseases and cancer. Its lead program uses a gene therapy approach to treat vitiligo by reversing the immune attack on pigment cells. The company also has a nanoparticle-based "Supercarrier" platform targeting metastatic cutaneous and ocular melanoma.
