Overview
Tenax Therapeutics has two main programs in late-stage clinical development. The lead program TNX‑103 (oral levosimendan) for PH-HFpEF entered Phase 3 trials in early 2024. The LEVEL study aims to enroll over 230 patients across more than 50 sites in the US and Canada; topline data are expected in the second half of 2025. Imatinib for PAH was acquired via PH Precision Med and has previously shown efficacy but faced tolerability issues; a new formulation aims to address these concerns[5][7][9].
