Tepnel Pharma Services is a UK-based Contract Research Organization (CRO) and Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) specializing in pharmaceutical testing and molecular genetic services. With over 30 years of experience, the company provides cGMP-compliant analytical chemistry, stability testing, batch release, and raw material analysis for small molecules, biologics, and advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs). Originally established as Tepnel Life Sciences PLC and listed on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market, the company was acquired by Gen-Probe in 2009 and subsequently became part of Hologic. In 2020, the pharma services division completed a management buyout, and in 2022, it successfully transitioned into an independent, employee-owned entity.
