Company intelligence / Profile preview
TeraImmune was a private biotech company focused on developing advanced regulatory T cell (Treg)-based cell therapies for autoimmune and immune-mediated diseases. Its lead candidate, TI-168, an autologous T cell receptor-engineered Treg therapy for hemophilia A with inhibitors, received FDA IND clearance and is in Phase 1/2a clinical trials. The company's proprietary platform technologies, TREGable™ and TREGing™, enabled both autologous and allogeneic Treg approaches, with additional preclinical programs for multiple sclerosis and atopic dermatitis. TeraImmune was acquired by Baudax Bio in June 2023.
