Terrapeutics has developed a proprietary platform that enables the discovery of novel small molecule therapeutics from soil-based microorganisms. The company’s technology allows efficient screening for drugs against challenging and previously "undruggable" targets. Their lead program focuses on pan-KRAS inhibitors, with successful identification of inhibitor-producing bacteria and associated biosynthetic gene clusters. They are currently working on isolating these molecules for further development. The company recently completed the Illumina Accelerator program to enhance their genomic tools.[2][3][5] No clinical results have been reported yet.
