TetraKit Technologies is a Danish biotechnology company specializing in the development of a modular pre-targeting platform for radiopharmaceuticals. The company utilizes a proprietary click chemistry technology based on the Inverse Electron Demand Diels-Alder (IEDDA) reaction to decouple the targeting of tumors from the delivery of radioactive isotopes. This approach aims to improve the therapeutic index of radioligand therapies by reducing off-target radiation exposure to healthy tissues, such as the kidneys and bone marrow. TetraKit's platform is designed to be compatible with various targeting vectors, including antibodies and peptides, and a range of diagnostic and therapeutic radionuclides. The company is a spin-off from the University of Copenhagen and Rigshospitalet and was supported by the BioInnovation Institute.
