Thalia Therapeutics is a UK-listed biotechnology company developing RNA-based therapeutics and delivery technologies focused on oncology and cardiovascular disease. Formerly known as N4 Pharma, the company rebranded to Thalia Therapeutics in March 2026 to reflect a strategic shift from a delivery-platform story toward an RNA therapeutics company while continuing to advance its proprietary Nuvec delivery platform.
